The Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia (FCA), Debra Mortimer, is investigating the biased conduct of pro Israel judge Michael Lee.
My complaint was set out in the following affidavit of May 2025, linked to the intellectual freedom test case NTEU vs University of Sydney, run in the Federal Court between 2019 and 2024.
