El presidente fue electo el 28 de julio, fue juramentado el 10 de enero del año 2025 y sigue siendo el presidente de la República en secuestro y por eso no se declaró la ausencia. La Asamblea Nacional en acto jurídico no declaró ni declarará la ausencia porque no hay ausencia. El presidente está vivo, no se cumple. En la Constitución no hay un supuesto para un presidente secuestrado, no está en los supuestos de ausencia temporal. Entonces, ¿quién está ahorita al cargo? A cargo está la vicepresidenta, presidenta encargada Delcy Eloína Rodríguez Gómez. Y todo lo que estamos haciendo es el plan del presidente, es la ruta que él nos dejó, que él ya había trabajado. Cualquiera, no sé si me explico el ejemplo, agarra todos los documentos de las Naciones Unidas, todos, todos, todas la comisión, la Comisión Económica para América Latina, la Comisión de Desarme, Derechos Humanos, todo el compendio, agarra y ponlo todo en un solo libro, todo y lanza ese libro al aire y que caiga al piso. Y cuando en la página que abras ese artículo fue violado, se los ha puesto todo, todo. El derecho internacional hoy no fue efectivo. Y los equilibrios instaurados, los equilibrios entre comillas, porque los equilibrios siempre han sido frágiles, instalados para que no ocurriera una tercera guerra mundial, se han venido rompiendo paulatinamente y un punto culminante fue lo que pasó en Venezuela el 3 de enero. Se rompieron en Irán, se han roto en varias partes del mundo y ahora en el hemisferio occidental en América Latina y el Caribe, un país fue invadido y su presidente secuestrado junto a su esposa.
Que dicho sea de paso, no sé si ustedes lo han escuchado, Cilia no estaba en el plan. Cilia se va con él porque ella lo exigió. Y ahí vemos una muestra de amor bellísima. No, el amor romántico, no el amor romántico del que podremos estar acostumbrados, que es bonito, es un amor más allá de todo. Y Cilia tenía nuestro amor y nuestro respeto y nuestra admiración. Es un milagro y estamos aquí, nuestro país está bien y vamos a avanzar.
Entonces, vengo aquí también a pedirles ayuda. Les pido ayuda. Les pedimos ayuda. Yo voy a dar todo. Lo vamos a dar. Es mi papá. Es mi papá y no es un papá ausente. Nunca lo fue. Yo lo dije antes. Mi familia somos gente humilde que lo único que sueña, que quiere, que querrá es ver a su país próspero con dignidad, con una prosperidad digna, soberana, construida con nuestras manos, una prosperidad que la familia, yo quiero sueño, el sueño de Maduro, el sueño de Chávez es ver una Venezuela y una familia venezolana, una mujer trabajadora, un hombre trabajador que con su ingreso le alcance para tener una vida digna, una buena educación y sacar el país adelante con soberanía y dignidad, ¿no? Un desarrollo no colonial y unas relaciones en el marco del respeto. Eso es todo. No pedimos más ni menos. Ese es el crimen de Nicolás Maduro. Ser culpable de amarnos tanto, de amar a su pueblo tanto y de nunca jamás, y a las pruebas me remito, venderse ni entregarse jamás. Tuvieron que buscarlos por la fuerza y romper cualquier artículo internacional que pudiéramos ver.
Entonces, necesito ayuda. Les pido ayuda al mundo, a ese mundo que nos escucha. Tenemos que ganar la opinión pública. Hay que ganar la batalla de la opinión pública. No son palabras mías. Fue un mensaje directo, directo, directo. Ganar la opinión pública es una instrucción y yo se las transmito y se los pido de corazón. ¿De quién es Nicolás Maduro? Y yo se los estoy diciendo y lo pueden buscar ustedes. Llevar la verdad, llevar la verdad a Venezuela, de Venezuela, de Nicolás Maduro para primero traerlo. Tengo una fe, no una fe ciega, no una fe irracional, tengo una fe sustentada en todo lo que hemos visto estos días, en la inocencia, en lo que podemos hacer y en lo que podemos lograr. Tengo una fe, tengo esperanza y nosotros estamos levantando un buen plan para salir con nuestras banderas de la verdad y de dignidad a defender la patria y a defender al presidente. Necesitamos ayuda porque primero es el presidente traerlo, lo que acabo de decir. Segundo, llevar el mensaje que Venezuela está unida porque es la verdad. La unidad no se decreta, la unidad se construye y todos los días la construimos. La construimos mucho. Chávez nos dio el ejemplo, Maduro nos dio el ejemplo y nos da el ejemplo. Y cuando digo Chávez, cuando digo Maduro, digo Diosdado. Digo Delcy, digo Jorge, digo el chavismo. Desde el alto mando político militar hasta el último jefe de calle y jefe de comunidad de nuestro Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela. Hasta la última comuna en la última calle. Estamos unidos.
Y tercero, porque esta lucha es por la humanidad. Hoy fue Venezuela y todos lo sabemos. Y les confieso algo, se los confieso. No lo que yo voy a decir, espero que se pueda entender bien. Sabemos la capacidad del imperio. Yo creo que ahí no los yo no diría subestimarlo, pero sí de alguna manera yo, Nicolás Ernesto, no hablo de los demás. Yo subestimé, no sé si los demás, hablo como como una persona, yo subestimé. Nunca creí que eso, o sea, si llegamos a pensar una invasión, pero una operación así a traición por la espalda, una llegar y la tecnología fue impresionante. No sé si es la palabra, pues, pero o sea, la tecnología que usaron, creo que hubo un ensayo de algo aquí y la humanidad tiene que saberlo. Aquí hubo un ensayo, un ensayo.
Así que bueno, no sé si se me queda algo más por ahí. Anoté algunas cosas. Creo que podemos hacer otra pronto para ir actualizando el mundo, para ir viéndonos de repente en la final de la semana que viene, viernes, jueves de la semana. Puede ser algo como rutinario semanal vernos en algún momento. No digo preguntas hoy, me gustaría, pero tengo que salir. Me están esperando para una reunión. Eh, gracias, gracias, gracias desde el fondo de mi corazón. Cuenten con nuestra firmeza, cuenten con nuestro corazón, con nuestra lealtad, con nuestra resistencia activa. No nos vamos a inmolar y no vamos a inmolar al pueblo, pero estamos en resistencia y nosotros vamos a vencer y Venezuela va a estar en paz. Y en el nombre de Dios, pues yo soy católico cristiano, creo en Jesucristo. En el nombre de Dios, en el nombre de todos los santos, de todas las energías del universo, Nicolás Maduro y Cilia Flores, van a estar aquí pronto dándonos un abrazo.
